Ingredients:

*Fennel: One of the most commonly known galactagogue, which is something that increases milk supply. 

*fennel: Also one of most famous oil known for its galactagogue compound, alongside fennel. A combination of both helps increase mothers' breast milk supply

*coconut oil: used as base oil that helps ease itchy skin

Direction:
- use for max 2 times per day at breast area (avoid nipple) and at the back of the body at the same level with breast area.

- use for 10 days or less until you notice your milk production starts to increase

- repeat after few days or after milk production starts to slow down
